RETURNS POLICY

 

1.           Returns

1.1         Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of dispatch. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was dispatched, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2         To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.3         Gift Cards are non-returnable.

1.4         To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase such as an e-mail receipt or order number.

1.5         Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2.           Damaged or Faulty Products and Incorrect Orders

2.1         You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you ordered. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at info@kelvie.co.uk and send your item to: Mack Gentlemen’s Grooming 50 High Street Llandaff Cardiff CF5 2DZ.

2.2         When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund:

2.2.1     the Full Purchase Price;

2.2.2     delivery charges (the cost for initial delivery to you which was paid by you);

2.2.3     return charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon the production of a receipt.

2.3         When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will:

2.3.1.    dispatch replacement items to you free of charge;

2.3.2     refund return charges upon production of a receipt.

2.4         We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract and nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights. The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, if the products you buy are faulty then you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

3.           Refunds

3.1         Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2         If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card or original method of payment, please allow 7 working days for this to show in your account.

4.           Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 02921 850035.

 5.          Sale items

 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

6.           Return Charges

6.1         You will be responsible for paying for your own return charges (the cost for returning goods to us). If a refund or replacement is agreed, we will refund the return charges.

6.2         Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

6.3         If you are returning goods to us and such item(s) exceed £25 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
